Who We Are

A retreat with Wilde & Wise provides a comprehensive wellness experience designed specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause. We believe that this is not the end of something but rather the beginning of a deeper, wiser relationship with yourself. Our retreat is not an offer of a quick fix, we are here to honour the whole of you, a fully holistic experience that focuses on education, support, and rejuvenation, designed to support you as you navigate through one of life's most profound transitions.

Guidance and Nutrition workshops led by Harriet Bindloss - DipION mBANT CNHC IFMCP-UK a Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in Hormone health and Perimenopause. 

Cassie Dorrofield - Menopause strength trainer, Yoga teacher. Cassi will guide you through fully tailored sessions. Whether you're completely new to strength training or already have a regular routine, she’ll support you with personalised guidance, practical tips, and simple ways to weave strength and movement into your everyday life.

We’re here to help you move with ease, quiet your mind, and nourish your whole being. Our highly experienced teachers provide thoughtful guidance, while our warm and attentive team ensures you feel welcomed and cared for from the moment you arrive.

I created Wilde & Wise because when I first started experiencing strange symptoms that I suspected might be perimenopause, almost everyone I spoke to told me I was too young. I turned to the internet for answers and found a confusing maze of conflicting information, with very little consistent support from medical services. People talked about hot flushes and night sweats, but hardly anyone mentioned the emotional side — the quiet grief of saying goodbye to your younger self, the shifting relationship with your body, or the uncertainty of figuring out who you’re becoming next.

I wanted something that acknowledged the whole experience, not just the physical changes. Coaching, when used well, can be incredibly powerful: it helps you make sense of what’s happening, feel less alone, and find a clearer way forward.

Our team of experienced professionals supports women through these transitions every day. We’re here to guide you, listen without judgement, and hold space for whatever you’re navigating — whether that’s physical symptoms, emotional ups and downs, or questions around nutrition and wellbeing. Our aim is for you to leave feeling reassured, empowered, and more confident in your perimenopause or menopause journey, whatever shape it takes.
