What are the benefits of a Menopause Retreat
Welcome to our Menopause Retreat, where we provide a supportive environment to explore the changes happening during this pivotal time in your life. Our workshops will deepen your understanding of hormonal shifts and their impact on your brain, helping you navigate this journey with confidence. Through daily yoga and strength training, you'll strengthen your body for the long term, reduce stress, and enhance bone density. We also offer Nutritional seminar informs us of how we can stay healthy and mitigate future risk along with alleviating some symptoms of Perimenopause. Coaching focuses on the feelings that these changes bring up, for many this period signals a significant change in how we see ourselves and the version of us that we present to the world. Together we provide a complete package to help you move forward.
